- Construction of Cradle Arrangement – CWC, Sikkim (1991) Developed cradle arrangements at Teesta Hydel Project Stage IV, Dzongu, ensuring robust infrastructure for key hydrological investigations by the Central Water Commission.
- Temporary Store Shed – CWC, Mamring (1994) Executed construction of a durable storage facility under the Teesta Hydel Project Stage IV, supporting material and equipment management for ongoing works.
- Class II Quarters – Building & Housing Dept., Gangtok (2004) Built modern residential quarters for the Judiciary at Sichey, providing functional and comfortable living infrastructure for government staff.
- Construction Work near Karma Hotel, Gangtok (2005) Delivered essential infrastructure improvement works near Karma Hotel and Sulabh International area, enhancing civic facilities in the locality.
- Road from Daramdin to Nalbo Goan (2007) Constructed a vital PMGSY road link improving rural connectivity and accessibility between Daramdin and Nalbo villages in Sikkim.
- Upgradation of Syari Road to Middle Syari School (2009) Upgraded and extended road infrastructure enhancing access to Middle Syari School, significantly improving local transportation in East Sikkim.
- S.T. Girls Hostel at Govt. College Tadong (2011) Built a dedicated hostel for S.T. students at GDC Tadong, fostering inclusive education and providing safe accommodation for girls.
- Repair of Building No. 14 – ITBP, Lingdum (2012) Undertook repair and restoration work for ITBP infrastructure, ensuring safety, functionality, and long-term structural stability.
- New Road via Satam Samrok, Yangyang (2012) Constructed a diversion road under the Roads & Bridges Department to improve accessibility and regional transport efficiency in South Sikkim.
- MES Civil Works for 43 MD ACCN, Gangtok (2012) Delivered Road, footpath, and protection works for the Military Engineering Services, strengthening defence infrastructure in the region.
- RCC Overhead Tank & Retaining Walls – MES, Sevoke (2012) Constructed water storage and retaining systems for MES Siliguri, ensuring efficient utility management and structural stability.
- Judicial Academy, Sokeythang (2013) Developed a state-of-the-art judicial training facility, contributing to the professional development of the legal community in Sikkim.
- Beautification of Ranipool Bazar & Parking Yard (2014) Executed urban beautification, parking, and protective works, transforming Ranipool into a cleaner, more organized civic hub.
- Multispeciality Hospital Project – Sichey (2016–2017) Completed multiple civil infrastructure works including drainage, cable trenches, and structural elements for a 1000-bedded hospital in Sichey, Gangtok.
- OFC Trenching Work – SMU Campus, Tadong (2017) Carried out optical fiber and structural overhead work, enhancing digital infrastructure within the Sikkim Manipal University campus.
- Retaining & Breast Wall Works – Sichey (2018) Constructed CRSM retaining walls, drains, and jhora linings for the 1000-bedded hospital project, ensuring slope stability and effective drainage.
- Retaining & Drain Works – Folk History Center, Nupgaon (2018) Executed civil and drainage structures for the Folk History Center Project, improving site durability and landscape aesthetics.
- PMGSY Road with Bridge – Jalpesh, Jalpaiguri (2019) Constructed 4.5 km of rural road and a minor bridge under WBSRDA, boosting local connectivity and transportation infrastructure in West Bengal.
- COVID Lab – STNM Hospital, Gangtok (2020) Delivered critical healthcare infrastructure by constructing a dedicated COVID testing laboratory at STNM Hospital during the pandemic.

- Type I & II Quarters – SIB Colony, Gangtok (2020) Built high-quality residential quarters under CPWD for SIB personnel, ensuring safe and efficient accommodation facilities.
- Integrated Processing Facility – IFFCO, Rangpo (2021) Constructed a cutting-edge organic fertilizer processing unit for IFFCO Sikkim in EPC mode, promoting sustainable agricultural development.
- White Topping Concrete Road – Changu (2021) Executed high-altitude white-topping concrete road works for UltraTech Cement, ensuring durable and weather-resistant connectivity near Changu.
- NH717 Bagrakote Kafer Road, Kalimpong District, West Bengal (2021) Executed complete road development including earthwork, subgrade preparation, retaining and breast walls, BM and carpeting. The project improved regional connectivity and ensured long-lasting durability under challenging terrain.
- Bridge & Roof Co. Ltd., Rangapani, Siliguri, West Bengal (2025) Undertook comprehensive civil works involving RCC pits, foundations, fire water tank construction, and miscellaneous structural elements ensuring robust industrial infrastructure.
- WBSRDA PMGSY Road, Maynaguri, West Bengal (2019) Constructed a 4.5 km rural road from Falture More to Jalpesh Mela Math Nursery under PMGSY, providing improved access and safer transport links for local communities.
- 66/11 KV Power Substation, Temi, South Sikkim (2024) Delivered complete civil works including control room, staff apartments, pump house, boundary and retaining walls, and internal roads—enhancing the region’s power infrastructure.
- 132/11 KV Power Substation, Dikchu, East Sikkim (2025) Developed a modern power substation facility with all essential civil components such as control building, RCC foundations, retaining walls, and internal utilities ensuring operational efficiency.

- CEEPL East Sikkim (2025) Completed major retaining and breast wall works using RCC, plum, and CRSM techniques to stabilize slopes and protect key infrastructure in hilly terrain.
- CEEPL Retaining Wall, Gangtok, East Sikkim (2018) Constructed robust retaining and breast walls ensuring slope protection and long-term stability for the surrounding infrastructure in the Gangtok region.
